Inspired by a need to expose South Africans to information from the rest of their continent, The SADC Wrap is a weekly summary of news from the 14 other countries that make up the Southern African Development Community (SADC): Angola, Botswana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

If you have any suggestions for improvements, please do get hold of me. I’m looking for the best on-the-ground sources of information: the local newspapers, the tweeting journalists. Please, point me in the right direction.
